We encourage you to take your full entitlement and to spread out your holiday throughout the year to regularly recharge your batteries and prevent building up an excessive period of leave at the end of each holiday year.

Birthday Day Off

We believe special occasions should be celebrated and that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy their birthday.

Employees are entitled to one paid day off each year to mark the occasion. This benefit is linked to your birthday and is intended to be taken at the time of the celebration.
